Emma Willis and her husband Matt have opened up about the 'nightmare' they have faced since giving their older children smartphones, as they 'feel like they've lost them'

The couple, who share kids Isabelle, 15, Ace, 13, and Trixie, eight, are exploring the impact of social media on young people in the Channel 4 documentary Swiped: The School That Banned Smartphones. The documentary features the pair investigating online content accessible to kids on TikTok by going undercover as teenagers and partnering with the Stanway School in Colchester, where they challenge Year 8 students to abandon their smartphones for three weeks. Emma doesn't want her children, seen here on a family holiday, accessing TikTokReflecting on the decision to open the door to technology, Matt confessed: "Our daughter was 11 when she got a smartphone, it's been the biggest disruptor between us and her, I feel like I lose her to it quite a bit.
