Emily Ratajkowski's new 'boyfriend' Shaboozey is 'suing' his former record company for breach of contract

Shaboozey is fighting to reclaim his songwriting rights amid a legal battle with his former label Kreshendo Entertainment. The singer alleged they engaged in dubious practices.

Despite his recent success with the hit country single A Bar Song (Tipsy), Shaboozey is unable to fully benefit from his earnings due to Kreshendo Entertainment's refusal to return his publishing rights, per the outlet. TMZ reports Shaboozey asked Warner-Tamerlane for what he owes to exit the deal, but claims they won’t disclose it, suspecting Kreshendo is pressuring them to keep him tied to the contract. 'To date, Warner has refused to disclose to plaintiff the total amount of the unrecouped balance of prior advances it made,' the singer's lawyer Todd Bonder said in a statement, per Billboard.
