Emily Ratajkowski spent her Tuesday afternoon with her son Sylvester Apollo out in New York City .
She was spotted out on Wednesday with a white dress shirt under a stylish black leather jacket as she held her son. Her only son Sylvester was clad in a colorful red hooded puffer jacket with grey pants and brown boots. The mother of one tagged the jewellery brand Alison Lou, who had created the stunning pieces for her after also helping with the original setting.
