Emily Deschanel Admits Some Aspects of Bones Didn't Age Well as She Releases Rewatch Podcast with Carla Gallo

Emily Deschanel says that as she and her costar Carla Gallo look back and dissect the episodes, there are a few things they apologize for: 'It was a different time!' (Exclusive)

The couple just announced that their Bones rewatch podcast Boneheads, produced by Lemonada Media, is finally airing on Sept. 19, and they say it's been endlessly fun to go back and revisit the show — though they've stumbled on a few things that they felt the need to apologize for. "I would say it makes you reflect on how it was a different time," Deschanel tells PEOPLE of the forensics drama, which also starred David Boreanaz and ran from 2005 through 2017. Deschanel adds that they'll have plenty of guest stars on the show and they'll talk about some of the crazier behind-the-scenes moments — like how Gallo went back to work 11 days after having her first baby.
