Investigation Into Emilie Kiser’s Son’s Death Is Officially Closed
Influencer Emilie Kiser is asking a court to block public access to investigation records about her son Trigg's drowning in Arizona
The filing noted that the influencer “respectfully urges this Court to prevent the profound invasion of privacy that would result from the public disclosure of these sensitive materials. She prays that the Court enter an order permanently enjoining Defendants from granting public access to any investigative or post-mortem records related to the tragic death of her son, Trigg.” Us Weekly confirmed via the Chandler, Arizona, Police Department on Sunday, May 18, that the child passed away “earlier this afternoon.” He was pulled out of a backyard pool on the evening of Monday, May 12.
