Elton John's husband gives health update on superstar after he was 'unable to walk' down red carpet
Elton John struggled to walk down the red carpet at his own event following a knee replacement but his husband David Furnish provided an "amazing" update on his health
There was a star-studded guestlist for their Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars viewing party on Sunday, 10 March including the likes of Ellie Goulding, Jane Seymour and TV stars Liz and Damian Hurley, with the event raising a record of £8.4 million. On the same night, David announced the news that Elton is looking into creating a musical stage show which would include hits such as Your Song, Candle In The Wind and Tiny Dancer. When it came to food, it was all about luxury - guests got to feast on braised short rib, flavoursome sea bass and a sweet raspberry chocolate cloud for dessert.
