Elsa Pataky and Chris Hemsworth take their kids grass surfing amid torrential rain in Byron Bay following cyclone

Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky made the most of a recent bad storm in their home town of Byron Bay.

Another clip shows a group of young kids, wearing colourful wet suits, slide down a hill on their fin-less mini boards. The Madrid-born beauty captioned the lighthearted story with the words, 'Finding the joy even in bad weather' and added the Spanish phrase 'Al mal tiempo, buena cara'. Originally estimated at $20million, property experts said at the time the LA-style compound, located in Broken Head near Byron Bay, was worth an eyewatering $30million.
