Ellie Goulding has shared a rare snap of her four-year-old son Arthur on Sunday as she posted a plethora of images to Instagram.

'Armando was used to spending his days instructing in the water and running around barefoot in swim shorts, and was more comfortable enjoying his "quiet life" without the "drama" of being in the public eye,' the source added. The couple met at the turn of the year when Ellie had gone to the Central American beach resort for a yoga and surf retreat with two close friends - actresses Emily Wickersham and Alessandra Ford Balazs - where they rented a swanky hillside villa. When pictures emerged of Ellie and Armando in swimsuits kissing passionately in the sea, the mother-of-one then took the decision to make public that her five-year marriage to Caspar, 31, had previously come to an end
