The English actress went braless beneath the risky silk number in a shoot posted to Instagram on Wednesday, adding a pair of platform shoes to the outfit.

She supported her singer pal earlier this year through his recent health struggles as she attended the afterparty for The Devil Wears Prada Musical Charity Gala after he revealed he had lost his eyesight. And last month, she again supported her pal as she attended the Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscars viewing party in Los Angeles with son Damian (pictured, left)
