When Boris Becker married his third wife, Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro, in Italy earlier this year, 100 guests including his sons from his first marriage (to Barbara Feltus), Noah, 30, and Elias, 25, were in attendance. He and Louise, who played Kate Middleton in TV’s The Windsors, moved into Handsmooth House two years ago following a decade-long planning battle with neighbours over his ‘space age petrol station’ mansion. ‘My charming surgeon kindly explained my current structure was not doing its job and needed to be upgraded,’ says Earl Bathurst’s wife, 61, who told her doctor: ‘But I was cycling from Land’s End to John O’Groats only a year ago.’
