Ed Sheeran labels Australian singer 'an amazing songwriter and performer' in surprising post
Ed Sheeran has shared a gushing post to social media praising an iconic Australian singer.
She further gushed: 'He's the biggest singer songwriter in the world and while I don't think anyone would dare claim influencing him, it's really lovely when somebody tells you your music has inspired them in some small way'. Since she exploded onto the music scene back in 2004, the Melbourne-born singer has been one of the country's most beloved stars, having sold more than a million records and scooping multiple ARIAs. Ed then spoke fondly of his 2018 Australian tour where Missy was his opening act and performed several duets with him on stage, in front of thousands of fans.
