Ed Sheeran ditches his iPad after revealing he hasn't owned a mobile phone for 10 years as he shares pictures from history-making Bhutan concerts

The hitmaker, 33, became the first international artist to perform in the country last Friday as he wowed fans on stage in Thimphu and he explained his lifestyle change on Instagram on Wednesday.

Ed Sheeran continued to ditch his modern technology during a history-making tour of Bhutan, claiming he had thrown away his iPad in an Instagram post on Wednesday. Uploading some snaps from the series of concerts, the Perfect singer revealed he had reverted back to an old-school handheld camera and he looked like he was loving every minute of his tech detox. One video in the post showed Ed, who claimed to have given up his mobile phone in 2015, whipping out his black camera and taking a selfie in front of thousands of adoring fans.
