EastEnders' Zoe Slater star Michelle Ryan's life away from the soap as return 'sealed' after 20 years
Michelle Ryan is best known for playing Zoe Slater in EastEnders, and it's now been claimed that the actress could be making a sensational return to the BBC soap after 17 years
Zoe's character was also entangled in the cover-up of Den Watts' (played by Leslie Grantham) murder, ultimately leading to her exit from the show in June 2005. Over time, EE enthusiasts have expressed their desire to see Zoe make a comeback, particularly after Kat and her spouse, Alfie, made a permanent return to Walford. She's appeared in Mansfield Park, Merlin, Bionic Woman, Doctor Who, Death in Paradise, and Dark Stories, among other telly shows.
