Ex-EastEnders actress Rita Simons has revealed the methods she goes through to lose weight after her recent hysterectomy as she attempts to lose a stone
The show that looks behind the lens of soap opera actresses followed Rita, who played Roxy Mitchell in EastEnders for over a decade, before joining Hollyoaks earlier this year.
