The actress, 58, who played Heather Trott on BBC soap EastEnders, revealed back in April she was diagnosed with stage two cancer in 2015 and had a hysterectomy. Cheryl, who received the all-clear last year, was told to be mindful of any unusual symptoms in case any cancer cells remained but this instruction from her doctors sparked obsessive behaviour.
