EastEnders SPOILER: Yolande opens up to Patrick about her horrific sexual assault in special two-hander episode
The pair will front a two-hander episode on Tuesday May 7 where they will be the only characters on screen for the duration of the programme.
Yolande (Angela Wynter) was sexually assaulted by Pastor Clayton (Howard Saddler) and has been struggling to come to terms with it ever since and has refused to tell her loved ones. Angela, who plays Yolande, told Digital Spy she feels like the two-hander episode was needed to handle the dramatic storyline. 'This conversation is the most difficult that Yolande and Patrick will ever have, and an episode dedicated to them gives us a chance to tell this story truthfully and authentically.
