The drama intensified last week as Harry Mitchell, played by the talented Elijah Holloway, was stunned to unearth the grim reality about his vanished love, Shireen Bashar. Viewers who have been following the BBC drama know too well that Nicola, portrayed by Laura Doddington, was the one who ended Shireen’s life four years back, unfairly letting Harry shoulder the blame until Benji found himself behind bars. The episode spiraled further as Nicola cautioned Zack Hudson (James Farrar) against disclosing to Teddy that he's actually the father of her son Barney (Lewis Bridgeman) threatening not just his family ties but their safety as well.
