EastEnders FIRST LOOK: Jay Brown and Honey Mitchell are set to run the London Marathon in memory of Lola
Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick, 29) is preparing to run the London Marathon in memory of his beloved wife Lola Mitchell (Danielle Harold, 31) with Honey Mitchell (Emma Barton, 46)
Lola passed away in 2023 after a battle with brain cancer, with Jay turning to drugs to cope, and left behind her daughter Lexi whom she shared with her cousin Ben Mitchell. Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick, 29) is preparing to run the London Marathon in memory of his wife Lola Mitchell (Danielle Harold, 31) with step grandmother-in-law Honey (Emma Barton, 46) Speaking about the storyline, executive producer Chris Clenshaw said: 'The London marathon is a landmark occasion in the capital, and therefore we’re thrilled to celebrate our city and offer our viewers a never-before-seen glimpse of the momentous day through the characters of Jay and Honey as they take part in the event.
