Grant, who's set to leave Albert Square this week, revealed his plans to return to Portugal and, as they parted ways, he grasped Linda's hand and praised her, saying: "You, are amazing," and thanking her for her support with Phil. The pair are seen growing closer as they share a heart-to-heart following the tragic events of Martin Fowler's death and Phil's admission to a mental health hospital last week.
