Despite using crutches he looked in good spirits and cut a smart figure in a navy suit as he made his way to Langan's Brasserie in Mayfair with socialite Lizzie, 55 (seen with group of friends) GB News presenter and politician Nigel Farage was in good spirits as he laughed with a faux Trump - after having the real one attend his 60th birthday party at the beginning of the month
