The spring holiday coincided with the journalist's older son Calvin's first communion, with the proud mom sharing a few photos from the special event on Instagram. Speaking with PEOPLE last summer, Dreyer shared an update on her oldest son's celiac disease diagnosis, revealing that thanks to a gluten-free diet, Calvin “has no more pains, no more headaches, no more stomach aches.
