Dwayne Johnson Remembers Late Dad Rocky: 'I Regret Not Reconciling Our Complicated' Relationship
Dwayne Johnson is paying tribute to his late dad Rocky, who died at 75 in 2020. "Raised me with tough fatherly love and an even tougher hand. The more I live life, the more grateful I am for it," Dwayne wrote.
"My dad, along with 'Mr USA,' Tony Atlas made pro wrestling history by becoming the first ever Black Heavyweight Tag Team Champions for the @WWE," Dwayne wrote in a caption to the post. "My regret in this life is that I never had a chance to say goodbye to him, because he died suddenly," Dwayne continued in the caption. Back in August, the actor posted a tribute to Rocky for what would have been his 79th birthday and subsequently fielded questions from his social media followers regarding the "biggest lesson my dad taught me."
