Dwayne Johnson Pays Heartfelt Tribute to Young Fan, Who Died Shortly After Make-A-Wish Call

Dwayne Johnson helped a young fan named Kane's wish come true shortly before his death, by singing a 'Moana' song to him.

The Moana actor took to Instagram on Monday (April 7) to share a sweet Make-A-Wish America video call he had with the boy on March 11, and the star is seen chatting with Kane, who is laying in his hospital bed surrounded by his mom Christine, dad Charlie and twin brother Dennis. “My heart always skips a beat whenever I get the call from my friends at @makeawishamerica letting me know we have a ‘Rush Wish’ that needs to happen right away,” Johnson wrote in the caption of the heartfelt emotion. Johnson revealed that a week after their video call, on March 18, “brave Kane” sadly died, with the Instagram clip showing beautiful moments from the boy’s life.
