Dunelm assures customers that the chair can withstand the elements and is suitable for year-round use, promising it "is sure to last you for years to come". One disgruntled customer shared: "It's a real shame, because the base is really sturdy and good quality, but the chair is too curved at the bottom, so is uncomfortable for adults.
