The blanket, which is designed like a mattress topper, is meant to keep you cosy during the night and costs just 3p an hour to run. Now after buying my Fogarty electric blanket, I go to bed earlier than usual just to sit and watch the TV. As reported by Wales Online, one person said: "We have not been used to an electric blanket taking such a long time to warm up to a good temperature on the top rating (one to two hours)."
