Dua Lipa Teases Aquatic ‘Illusion’ Music Video

Dua Lipa teased the music video for her single "Illusion," which is set to be featured on her upcoming album 'Radical Optimism.'

The pop superstar took to Instagram on Wednesday (April 10) to share a 10-second teaser clip of the music video to accompany her upcoming track, “Illusion.” In the preview, the 28-year-old singer is seen on what appears to be a naval ship, dancing along with swimmers, posing on surfboards and more. It feels for lack of a better word — radically optimistic,” Lipa previously told Billboard of her upcoming project, before explaining the idea behind the album cover, which features the singer floating in a wide open ocean facing a shark fin. As to how she got the name of the album, Lipa attributed the phrase to a friend “A couple years ago, a friend introduced me to the term ‘radical optimism,’” she said in a statement announcing Radical Optimism back in March.
