Dua Lipa gets candid about crossing over into the acting world as she prepares to release her third studio album...'It gives me like a different persona'
Dua Lipa opened up about her cross over into the world of acting with her roles in Barbie and Argylle this past year on Monday. She played the role of Mermaid Barbie and sang Dance the Night.
The album has been described by Rolling Stone as 'pop bliss' with the magazine saying it is 'uniquely and utterly Dua Lipa: confident dance pop full of witty Instagram-caption-ready one-liners'. On her role in the Barbie film she added, 'I loved being in the movie because it was just so exciting to be a part of something so special like this with an incredible cast ( Margot Robbie and Billie Eilish pictured) Dua recently became the first female artist to have four songs reach two billion streams on Spotify, achieved with One Kiss, Don't Start Now, New Rules and Levitating.
