The 53-year-old funnyman took to his Threads account on Sunday to share his happy news 22 years after divorcing the 49-year-old ET star who recently addressed being 'so touchy' on her show .
Tom did not give any details about his new fiancee including her last name, however, a rep for the Freddie Got Fingered star told People magazine on Monday that Amanda grew up in his hometown of Petawawa, Canada.
