Drake Bell Pitches ‘Drake & Josh’ Reboot With A ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ Twist
Drake Bell is open to a Drake & Josh reboot and knows how he would like to revive it.
In a new interview, Bell opened up about reuniting with his former Nickelodeon co-star Josh Peck for a reboot of their sitcom but this time inspired by Curb Your Enthusiasm. “I’d love to revisit something with Josh, whether it’s a reboot or… my dream is to do something kind of like Curb Your Enthusiasm, where we’re playing ourselves but trying to navigate life today.” The actor also noted that he thinks it would “be really cool” to work with his former Drake & Josh co-stars, such as Jerry Trainor’s Crazy Steve, Yvette Nicole Brown’s Helen, Alec Medlock’s Craig, Scott Halberstadt Eric, Nancy Sullivan’s Audrey, Jonathan Goldstein’s Walter, and Miranda Cosgrove’s Megan.
