Dragons' Den star Sara Davies has shown off her incredible body transformation after revealing what lifestyle changes she made to lose weight since turning 40
She said: “Now, given that the audience was 98% women, I focused my talk around stories from my life that have really shaped who I am and my journey as a woman and a mam in business,” telling fans she spoke on topics including mum-guilt and imposter syndrome. Sara dropped three dress sizes (Image: PA)“It was my 40th birthday in April and I wanted to be the fittest I’d been since I was 30,” she told Closer Magazine. "During filming we go for dinner as a pack of Dragons, and Peter Jones has very nice, expensive taste in wine, but I feel so much better for cutting it out,” Sara continued.
