Dr. Dre's ex-marriage counselor obtains restraining order against rapper after shock claims in lawsuit


The plaintiff is Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist who said he counseled the Compton, California native, 59, and his ex-wife Nicole Young, 54, during their marriage and as a mediator after their split.

The Forgot About Dre artist, whose full name is Andre Young, at one point had his associates masquerading as FBI agents to contact him at the gated community where he resides, Sophy claimed in the suit, according to TMZ. King said Dr. Dre's complaint was done with the intent so officials would revoke Sophy's medical license 'to provide mental health counseling to needy patients' after the events that took place amid the divorce. The musical artist on February 13, 2022 headlined the lauded Super Bowl halftime show in LA, which also featured Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent
