Double take as stars pucker up while filming the new Outlander prequel in Glasgow

Filming began in Scotland for an Outlander prequel called Blood of My Blood, starring Hermione Corfield and Jeremy Irvine.

Outlander fans would have assumed it was the show's main stars Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan enjoying a steamy embrace in Glasgow while playing their fictional characters Claire and Jamie Fraser. But while the hit time-travelling series jumps between the Second World War and the Jacobite rising in 1745, this couple are caught up in an entirely different conflict. The historical drama follows the fortunes of Claire's mother and father during the First World War and Jamie Fraser's parents in the early 18th century Highlands.
