Donald Trump Getty Images Donald Trump signed an executive order seeking to halt federal funding for NPR and PBS, deeming it “taxpayer subsidization of biased media.” But earlier this week, the CPB sued Trump in court after he sought to remove three of its five board members, including Sony’s Tom Rothman. No media outlet has a constitutional right to taxpayer subsidies, and the Government is entitled to determine which categories of activities to subsidize.”
