Donald Trump ‘s trial on charges that he obstructed justice and withheld classified documents has been delayed indefinitely, a federal judge wrote in an order today. Trump’s trial in the New York hush money case is likely to still be ongoing at that time, but Cannon also had indicated that a host of issues also had to be resolved, including those having to do with the use of classified documents in a public proceeding. Also in doubt is when a trial will start in Georgia, where Trump and a host of other defendants face racketeering and other charges related to efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in that state.
