Donald Trump Slams George Clooney For New York Times Essay Urging Joe Biden To Exit Presidential Race
Trump's post was filled with insults, but may reflect his campaign's desire to keep Biden in the race.
He uses the Democrat ‘talking point’ that Biden, the WORST President in the history of the United States, has ‘saved our Democracy.’ No, Crooked Joe was the one who WEAPONIZED Law Enforcement against his political Opponent, who created the most devastating INFLATION in the history of our Country, who Embarrassed our Nation in Afghanistan, and whose crazy Open Border Policy has allowed millions of people to illegally pour into our Country, many from prisons and mental institutions. Clooney’s op ed helped reignite calls for Biden to step aside or reconsider his decision to stay in the race, as it seemed earlier in the week that the president’s campaign was making progress in tempering a revolt within the party. Clooney’s op ed, though, raised questions of Biden’s fitness by pointing not just to the president’s debate performance but his appearance at a Hollywood-filled fundraiser on June 15.
