Donald Trump Says He Wouldn’t Rule Out a Pardon for Diddy: 'Nobody's Asked'


Donald Trump addressed the possibility of pardoning Diddy amid the rapper's ongoing trial for sex trafficking and racketeering

Diddy, 55, is currently on trial in New York City on federal charges of sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy. Earlier this year, for example, former President Joe Biden preemptively pardoned members of his family as well as former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director Dr. Anthony Fauci to prevent “politically motivated prosecutions.” The trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs began in New York City on May 5 following his September 2024 arrest on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
