Donald Trump Claims Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Tonight Show’ Is ‘Dying’ and Late Night Hosts Are ‘So Bad’: ‘Where Is Johnny Carson? Bring Back Johnny’

Donald Trump says Jimmy Fallon's "The Tonight Show" is dying and calls for the return of Johnny Carson, who died in 2005.

Trump’s Johnny Carson comment quickly went viral on social media considering the iconic “Tonight Show” host died in 2005. It’s unclear if Trump was speaking literally about calling for Carson’s return, but that didn’t stop “The View” co-host Joy Behar from joking: “I mean maybe we could have a seance for him.” The two sparred earlier this year during Kimmel’s stint hosting the Oscars, where he read aloud Trump’s scathing review of the show right before best picture was announced.
