Donald Trump Attacks Emmys For ‘60 Minutes’ Nomination
The president lashed out for a nomination from last week.
Perdue, a former Republican Senator and past critic of China and its ruling Communist Party, was confirmed by a vote of 67 to 29 amid a tense trade war between the two countries. That’s the same segment that is the source of Trump’s $20 billion lawsuit against CBS, claiming that they purposely edited the interview in a way to boost Harris’ election chance. In the interview, correspondent Bill Whitaker asked Harris her why Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu was not listening to the Biden administration.
