Two days after he made a surprise appearance at Coachella as Childish Gambino, five-time Grammy winner Donald Glover said today that he will retire his musical alter ego after two more albums. The double-Emmy-winning Atlanta alum said he’ll release two more albums under the Childish Gambino persona — his first solo projects since 3.15.20, which streeted just as the Covid lockdown hit. Last year, he released an EP featuring Ni’jah for Swarm, his horror series that aired on Prime Video.
