Don Toliver 'arrested on suspicion of DUI - but wasn't taken into custody and merely given citation'
TMZ reports that Toliver, 29, received a citation for driving under the influence early Tuesday morning.
The report did not outright state that Toliver was with anybody else, however law enforcement insiders shared he was released into the custody of a sober individual who was present with him. Kali and Don - who announced the pregnancy in January - did not share the name of their new addition but did give fans a glimpse of their newborn child in the video. Following the release of their song, Fantasy, which mentions wanting to dance away their relationship issues, Toliver talked about pushing through the trials and tribulations of dating.
