Kanye West accused Don Lemon of starting a rumor that Kanye and his wife, Bianca Censori, were kicked off the Grammys red carpet.
Don Lemon fired back at Kanye West after the controversial rapper called the former CNN host a “goofball” and claimed Lemon spread an incorrect rumor that West and his wife, Bianca Censori, were kicked out of the Grammys. Despite online rumors that West had been booted from Grammys, sources close to the Grammys told Variety at the time that such claims were “not true” and that West simply “walked the carpet, got in his car and left.” West targeted Lemon in a since-deleted Instagram post as the source of the rumors, although Lemon denied it in a video posted to his YouTube page. The duo lost the prize, which went to Kendrick Lamar for “Not Like Us.” Censori, an architect who works for West’s Yeezy company, reportedly married the rapper in a private ceremony in January 2023.
