Don Cheadle Opens Up About Evacuating During L.A. Fires: 'Definitely Too Close'

After Kimmel played a clip of a teenaged Cheadle scatting with his high school choir, the actor ended his segment with an improvised scat session into a microphone for the audience. As of Monday, Jan. 20, at least 27 people have died and over 30,000 L.A. residents have been displaced amid the Pacific Palisades and Eaton fires, according to ABC News. Fire containment has increased, although strong Santa Ana winds are expected in the area from Monday through Wednesday, Jan. 22, the outlet reported.
