In a recent sit down with People, Domhnall Gleeson, who is set to star in the new “Office” spinoff series, “ The Paper,” said he was encouraged by both Carell and Krasinski to join the show. The official logline for “The Paper” reads, “The documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch is in search of a new subject when they discover a historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it.” Along with Gleeson, the show stars Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young and Tim Key.
