Dolly Parton’s Multimedia ‘Threads: My Songs in Symphony’ Show Announces Dates With Local Orchestras for 2025-26
A symphonic, multi-media show featuring the music and on-screen image of Dolly Parton, 'Threads: My Songs in Symphony,' announced dates for 2025-26.
Cities the tour will hit in its first 15 months include Pittsburgh, Phoenix, Cleveland, Cincinnati, San Diego, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Portland, Eugene and Birmingham. The announcement also included an on-sale date for the one show that had previously been announced back in May — its premiere date in Nashville on March 20, with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra and other singers and musicians bolstering the star’s catalog of classics at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. While her “Rockstar” album appears on the ballot that is currently open for the Grammys, she released her latest book, “Behind the Seams: My Life in Rhinestones,” on Oct. 17.
