Dolly Parton Honored at ‘Opry 100’ Tribute After Husband Carl's Death


Nashville came out in full force to honor the country music legend at the ‘Opry 100’ celebration on Wednesday, March 19

It featured a rousing performance of the Parton hit “I Will Always Love You” by Reba McEntire, Carrie Underwood, Lady A and around 50 members of the Opry’s choir. Dolly Parton paid loving tribute to her late husband, Carl Dean, in her first public appearance since his death at age 82 earlier this month. NBC’s Opry 100: A Live Celebration drew country icons from around the globe on Wednesday, March 19, to Nashville and the red carpet was on fire from start to finish.
