Doja Cat was roundly slammed for her 'terrible' performance of iconic James Bond hit, Diamonds Are Forever, at the 2025 Oscars Sunday
The singer, 29, best known for her rapping, boldly took on the Shirley Bassey anthem at the Hollywood awards show, but was blasted over her rendition of the 1971 hit in a performance alongside Lisa, 37, who sang Live and Let Die and Raye, 27. who belted out Skyfall. Gascón stars as the title character, a former Mexican drug lord who comes out as a transgender woman and fakes her own death in order to reinvent herself as a pro-social force, while Saldaña plays an ethically challenged lawyer who helps set up her new identity. In the supporting actress category, the nominees including Monica Barbaro for A Complete Unknown, Ariana Grande for Wicked, Felicity Jones for The Brutalist, Isabella Rossellini for Conclave and Zoe Saldaña for Emilia Pérez
