Dodgers Catcher Will Smith and Wife Cara Welcome Baby Before World Series

Los Angeles Dodgers catcher Will Smith and his wife, Cara Smith, welcomed their second daughter days before he plays in the World Series

News broke on January 3 that Miller had given birth to her second baby earlier that month, her first with boyfriend Oli Green. “Our little family is growing,” Will and Cara captioned maternity photos with Charlotte, who pointed to a floral cake that read, “Baby.” It is not presently known whether Cara and newborn Layton will attend the debut game — there are seven total in the series — considering it will be held three days after the infant’s birth.
