Disney’s Dana Walden To Receive PGA’s Milestone Award
The Producers Guild said that Disney Entertainment co-chairman Dana Walden will receive the Milestone Award at annual PGA Awards ceremony in 2025.
Past recipients of the Milestone Award include the likes of Louis B. Mayer, Walt Disney and Alfred Hitchcock, and more recently Steven Spielberg, Bob Iger, Sherry Lansing, George Lucas and Kathleen Kennedy, Clint Eastwood, Brian Grazer and Ron Howard, Donna Langley and Charles D. King. “Dana Walden has made incredible contributions to the entertainment industry, overseeing the production and development of many of the most iconic and award-winning shows in history,” PGA presidents Stephanie Allain and Donald De Line said today in a joint statement. Walden joins fellow honoree Chris Meledandri, the founder and CEO of Illumination, who will receive the David O. Selznick Achievement Award during the February ceremony at the Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
