'Freakier Friday' & Live-Action 'Lilo & Stitch' Get Summer 2025 Release from Disney

Disney has just given firm dates to their Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan sequel Freakier Friday and the live-action take of animated classic Lilo & Stitch for next summer. Lilo & Stich move onto the Memorial Day weekend where Paramount’s next installment of Christopher McQuarrie’s Mission: Impossible is with Tom Cruise. Disney already had Aug. 8 on hold where Warner Bros. has their Paul Thomas Anderson directed untitled feature starring Leonardo DiCaprio.
