Disney is investing $1.5 billion in “Fortnite” developer Epic Games, with plans to collaborate on new games and entertainment based on Disney stories and experiences, Disney CEO Bob Iger announced on CNBC Wednesday. Iger was speaking about the company’s latest quarterly results ahead of an earnings call set for 4:30 p.m. ET.
